You’ve probably had the same argument more than once.

The moment things get tense and you go quiet.
The reaction that comes out sharper than you intended.
The conversation you keep avoiding — until the distance does the talking.

Most guys recognize these moments.

What’s harder to see is what’s underneath them —
old ways of protecting yourself,
reactions that once made sense,
and something in you that gets overwhelmed when things start to matter.

It’s not weakness. It’s not bad character.

It’s a pattern.

Insight helps.

But it doesn’t interrupt the pattern.

Most guys were never taught how to deal with this.

So they push through. Man Up! Shut down. Try to manage it on their own.

That can change.

When you get defensive, go quiet or avoid – the other men will respectfully keep it real.

Not to judge you, but to give you something most men never get:

honest feedback about your impact.


Who this is for

This group is for guys who know something needs to change — but haven’t been able to shift it on their own.

You keep hitting the same wall. Or you’re coming out of a relationship trying to understand what happened. Or the pattern keeps showing up everywhere — at work, with your kids, with  anyone you get close to.

You just need to be willing to show up.

For 6 sessions. 2 hours a week. May be partially covered under extended health benefits.
